Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Shipping is through Royal Mail and we guarantee to post your order the same day if ordered before 2pm; next day if the order is received after 2pm. You should receive your parcel in 3-4 working days.

RETURNS
We hope your purchase arrives in pristine condition, however, please return any unsatisfactory items to the address stated on our website and please advise your reason for return.

REFUNDS
A full credit will be given for any unused items returned where the item is not faulty. ​
A full refund (including postage costs) will be given for unused items that are faulty. Faulty items should be notified to us within 3 days of the receipt of the item.
